GCFSI understands that science and agricultural innovation aren't enough to solve food security issues. An educated and skilled workforce also is required. To address this, GCFSI is working with the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources to help train the next generation of local innovators. In addition, one of GCFSI's main center-led projects is focused on studying employment trends and workforce development priorities in Tanzania and Mozambique.
